Inspection Period: You may inspect the product in the presence of the courier for a maximum of 10 minutes before officially accepting the delivery.

Exchange Policy: Please note that we do not accept returns for refunds. However, if you would like to swap your item, we offer exchanges within 14 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags firmly attached.

Shipping Fees: Additional shipping fees will be charged for the collection and redelivery of the exchanged order.

Verification: Once our team receives and verifies the condition of the original item, we will process and ship your new selection.

سياسة الاستبدال و الاسترجاع

حرصًا منا على إرضائكم يرجى العلم بأنه:
متاح معاينة المنتج قبل الاستلام في وجود المندوب في خلال 10 دقائق بحد أقصى.

في حالة طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع في خلال 14 يوم من استلام الأوردر سنقوم بعمل استثناء خاص في بعض الحالات مع الأخذ في الاعتبار:

1- سيتم إضافة رسوم شحن إضافية من أجل استلام الأوردر.
2- أن تكون القطعة بنفس حالتها الأصلية ملحقة بالتاج وغير مستخدمة.
3- يتم استرداد ثمن القطعة خلال 30 يوم من استلام المندوب للقطعة كمرتجع عن طريق
(إنستا باي - فودافون كاش) بعد تدقيق فريق العمل حول جودتها.
